B - 2 eggs, sausage breafast gravy, 1 piece Julian #1 bread, butter (26g)
S - Smokehouse almonds 1/2 of small pack (5g)
S - Prime Rib rib bone with lots of meat still on it (18g)
L - egg salad with 1 slice Julian bread (36g)
S - Double protein ice coffee (52g)
D - haven't had dinner yet but probably some cheese and meat (20g??)

Fluids:
44 oz fountain D-Pepsi (I pack the cup full of ice before putting soda in). I drink over the course of the morning while the ice melts.
32 oz sugar free lemonade **** water, small bit of koolaide lemonade powder (unsweetened), 5 drops of EZ sweets.
44 oz of Ice water.
Exercise:
Chasing my kids around and doing housework.
