Brrr, cold and very windy here. DD was at the OU football game but I watched from my nice warm living room,
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: SB breve SF peppermint mocha (they still won't sell me a bottle of the peppermint)
L: leftover turkey potpie, sliver of pecan pie

D: either leftover turkey or bacon and a shake

E: 2 hour nap.
I'm amazed! With all the carbs, the scale has stayed steady and my stomach has been very cooperative. Need to get all the leftovers out, though.
It was a beautiful 65 degrees and sunny today. I guess we better get ready to receive your weather this week.

I'm so happy to have a computer again. I've been in Oklahoma visiting my parents and I did eat some of everything and failed to have all my protein drinks for the last three days. I did get vites.
Today:
Protein Coffee (30)
Biscuit W/butter (oh my gosh!)
Beef Jerky from the Peanut Shoppe the rest of the way to home through Texas
Homemade chicken enchiladas with extra chicken
1 diet coke
choc. peppermint patty (little one)
Tomorrow represents my first day back on track with ALL protein and ALL Vite's & ALL water.
I will post with a good report. I need to find a scale - haven't weighted in a month!! Surly I have lost some weight. (If I didn't gain during the holiday)
