Hi Gina and everyone,
Brrr, cold and very windy here. DD was at the OU football game but I watched from my nice warm living room,

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: SB breve SF peppermint mocha (they still won't sell me a bottle of the peppermint)
L: leftover turkey potpie, sliver of pecan pie
S: popcorn
D: either leftover turkey or bacon and a shake
S: ?????

V: one batch left
F: on track
E: 2 hour nap.

I'm amazed! With all the carbs, the scale has stayed steady and my stomach has been very cooperative. Need to get all the leftovers out, though.

It was a beautiful 65 degrees and sunny today. I guess we better get ready to receive your weather this week.

Hi guys,

I'm so happy to have a computer again.  I've been in Oklahoma visiting my parents and I did eat some of everything and failed to have all my protein drinks for the last three days.  I did get vites.

Today:

Protein Coffee (30)
Biscuit W/butter (oh my gosh!)
Beef Jerky from the Peanut Shoppe the rest of the way to home through Texas
Homemade chicken enchiladas with extra chicken
1 diet coke
choc. peppermint patty (little one)

Tomorrow represents my first day back on track with ALL protein and ALL Vite's & ALL water.

I will post with a good report.  I need to find a scale - haven't weighted in a month!!  Surly I have lost some weight.  (If I didn't gain during the holiday)

Missed y'all!!!!!

 Argh - I bounced up about five pounds....I think my potato chip diet finally caught up with me.   I've also realized that my protein intake has not been great lately...sooooo...I'm trying to post more often here for accountability.

B -   Almond meal pancakes w/ S/F syrup

D -    One half of a large smothered pork chop, roasted vegetables, salad

lovin' this 4 day weekend.   incredible weather.  it was so nice out, we invited friends over and had a cookout.  it is still november right?,

double protein coffee
scrapple
2 sm slices cheddar cheese
2 poached eggs
turkey sandwich on ww deli thin w/mayo, cornbread stuffing, cranberry sauce (was sooo good)
double protein coffee
grilled hot dog (ate about 1/2 roll)
mini carrots
celery sticks
chips

sm bowl of leftover sweet potatoes

fluids:  90+ oz

B-double protein shake
B- coffee, scrambled eggs w/cheese
L-leftover turkey (warmed up a few bites of sides and wasn't into it, so ditched em)
S-1/4 piece pumpkin pie
D-2 tilapia fillets baked in butter/seasonings, pan seared shrimp w/homemade lemon garlic cream sauce
S-1/2 fried potato, another tilapia fillet

vites done, lotsa fluid.
