Best way to post lab results?

I would like to post my 6month lab results for feedback but I wanted to ask if there was a preferred method for posting lab results.  I currently have my pre-op and post op labs in a spreadsheet and I can do any one of the following:

- post an image of the spreadsheet on one of our webservers and then provide a link to that particular page.
-convert the document to google docs and post the link to the doc
-post the actually results in directly into the thread

Thanks,
shelly

Any of those methods work, though I suspect more people will read them if they are posted directly into the thread.

If all else fails, send them to me in email as an attachment.

use google docs..it is by far the easiest way for you to keep track and others to read them. You can link us to the doc here and we can go look at it.
