If you don't mind me asking, did your lady love come before or after the wt loss? I'm hoping that there's hope for me in that regard with my own wt loss (except with men, lol).

Congrats on your good health! Have you made a connection between carb consumption and your energy level? I find that when I let more carbs in, my get-up-and-go kind of leaves me.

Zap, you look wonderful! A very lovely lady friend too. Wonderful post. When my energy peters out, it's generally telling me my iron is low. Congrats on your stablized weight loss. Yes, you can post more than once a year! We miss you.
