OT..Anyone use Firefox? Having trouble making hot links.

I feel a little stupid asking this but it seems like I have tried everything and thought maybe one of you computer gurus could shed some light.

I cannot seem to make a clickable link with Firefox.  What am I doing wrong? or not doing right?

Control-V to place the link.

Then, highlight the link, then click the blue world/link icon in the chat box, and past the link into the field, hit ok. Now, the link is clickable:

So basically, you have to paste the link twice, once in the chat box, once in the link box.

Or, you can just highlight any words you type and then use the link box to make them clickable.
