Gina, ya know what? I am even more ashamed after reading/responding to the post about an attitude adjustment.
I would much rather have a day filled with delicious protein selections, shakes, yogurts and veg/fruits.

Ya know, I became REALLY good at taking care of myself and cannot wait to hurdle this bump in the road. At work, I have an entire cabinet dedicated to my food. Shake mixes, syrups, tea, spenda, tuna, nuts, peanut butter, WW crackers, etc... I also keep mayo for my tuna in the fridge at work, cottage cheese, yogurts, chicken sausages and microwavable bacon. I had labs drawn almost a week before this month from hell and was doing unbelievable. I maintained the exact same weight for an entire year. I ate often and well. It is almost unfathomable how I could drop into malnutrition in less than a month.

I love my DS and the life it's given me. There's no way I am going back to insanity.
