OMG, Val! Explain please. I'm so wanting some pumpkin. I finished off the pistachio today. The entire family liked it and I've been ask to make it for Thanksgiving. If I can get this pumpkin one down and like it, I'll make both. Share please!! HUGS

You can either use Pumpkin Spice Jello for the standard fluff, or mix with an actual can of pumpkin.  Just play with it.  I've done the double-layer pie with the fluff in place of the cream cheese, then the pumpkin layered on top.  You can also grind nuts for the crust instead of graham crackers.

OMG, that sounds delish! I think I'll try the pumpkin spice pudding, if I can find it, and crumble graham crackers over top and of course whipped cream. Thanks, Val!

Alll of these posts are sounding amazingly delicious!!!  I have not tried this at all!

Ttried this for Thansgiving because it sounded really good.  Not sure if I did something wrong, but it was terrible.  The consistency was sort of grainy and nobody liked it.
