Thanks, Kim.

Oh, I like mixing vanilla-cinnamon with chai tea. It's so good and so versatile.

Ever feel like a big FAT loser, and not in a good way?  Well that is me today. I caved in, I ran up the white flag and I surrendered Surrender to all things carby today. I just could not take it. I tried to resist, I really did, but I just got tired of craving and wanting everything so I ate. No, I didn't fall too badly, but bad enough that I feel fat, look fat and if I could get more bloated I think I will EXPLODE!

Tomorrow is another day. Dear Universe, please can I haz my period NOW?

BITES:
B - Black coffee - I was out of half and half... I know, right? I... Need... Coffee....
Egg omlet with bacon, onions and cheese
L - Ham and american cheese wrapped in lettuce

And this is where it gets ugly....

S - a bunch of bittersweet choc. chips
  -  an english muffin with peanut butter on it
  - about one cup, maybe a bit more of brown buttered almonds with splenda and cinnamon (I was trying to make the equivalent of candied almonds. Did not work but it tasted pretty good.
  - 2 cups of vanilla sugar free pudding
(now all of these snacks were not in one sitting...it was throughout the day)

D - buttered corn
   - pot roast
   - pasta with red gravy from the pot roast (less than 1 Cup)
  - A slice and a half of some garlic parmesean bread
  - a small piece of brownie with icing
  - a fairly healthy sized piece of blueberry pie

S - I don't even know yet...hopefully nothing, but the way I'm going today it could be something more with bread.  I'm out of popcorn sadly.

VITES:
Morning batch - done
Iron - Done
Calcium - 1 out of 3 batches done. I'll go do batch 2 right now and hopefully batch three before bedtime if I don't kill my husband with these farts and my crankyass demeanor. Fire

I need a Xanax.

Maddie, I finally found/concocted a recipe for sugar-free candied pecans. It's easy, and I'm sure would work for almonds as well as pecans....  I'll post in a new thread, check it out

Maddie -
Do you have a Costco near your home?  If so, get yourself there first thing tomorrow morning.  Buy yourself a half gallon of heavy whipping cream (under $6) and of half & half.
These are now health foods for us, and I'm betting that not having your regular coffee made you start off the day unsatisfied.

As Scarlett O'Hara said,  tomorrow is another day.

Kim

P.S. - please don't kill your husband.  I'd miss seeing your posts if you were incarcerated for homicide.

I'm too crabby to kill him, but my farts might asphyxiate him in his sleep. How can they prove I did that?  LOL.  Death by fart...News at Eleven!  Horror movie

As for Costco, unfortunately no. The nearest one is a good 50 minutes or more by car and as much as the price of cream and half and half sounds I cannot justify the membership fee or the trip.   We do have a Sam's Club that we belong to not far away. I generally buy 2 quarts (1/2 gallon) of heavy cream and a gallon of half and half, but we had not gone for a while.

I did go early this morning to the store and picked up some half and half and coffee so tomorrow morning I will be right as rain.  As for not starting my day off right, I wi**** were that easy to explain away, but for the last week to ten days I have been PMSing something awful. Every day has been a fightSwordplay to eat right and to keep the carb demon at bay. I've been pretty successful by not eating everything and anything exercising my self control skillz .. ha ha, but today I am just so damned cranky I said F**K it.  I'll pay for the blueberry pie later, I know I will, and I will regret it tomorrow.  In the meantime I will pray that mother nature relinquishes her control on my uterus and allows the cramping and flowing to begin so I can get back to feeling normal again.

Thank you for the Costco heads up though. I greatly appreciate it.
