Glad I'm not in OK - I'm happy with our rare dinky earthquakes.

BITES:
B- Double protein shake with whipping cream & coffee, 2 oz. flat iron steak with gorgonzola cheese, couple of bites of cheesy mashed potatos.
L -  3 shrimp, maybe 1/4 cup tuna salad, 2 saltines
S - Starbucks SF peppermint mocha with whole milk (YUM - but 20 grams of carbs); SF peanut butter cup
D - Maybe lobster bisque if I feel like cooking (Lobster was on sale last week and I stocked up.); Fage yogurt and SF pudding mixed in.
S2 - Another double protein shake

Totals - carbs ~ 80 net, protein = 199 grams, Fat = 123 grams.
DS absorbed calories (assuming 100% of all carbs) = 940

VITES:  done except for bedtime batch.

FLUIDS:  need to drink more - only 4 glasses of water so far today.

EXERCITES:  40 minutes on recumbent bike

Any suggestions on how to make a protein Starbucks peppermint mocha clone using heavy cream, water & chocolate whey powder?  I'm bad at not overheating my liquid and clumping my protein.    I tried to buy the Starbucks SF peppermint syrup today, but they were running low and wouldn't sell it to me.  :(

You had to say lobster bisque, didn't you? Oh, YUM! I'm going to try to get one of those peppermint mochas today, so the experimenting to reproduce it will begin soon. I'll keep you posted.

Evening everyone!  Hope all had a great day.  I spent most of the day running errands hoping that tomorrow and Thursday will be my last errand days so that at least Friday I can spend my last vacation day doing absolutely NOTHING!! LOL

B - Cup of coffee with pumpkin spice creamer, Oh Yeah RTD protein shake
L - Five Guys double bacon cheeseburger minus bun, a few fries
S - 1 oz bag chips
D - Big hunk of pot roast, a few baby carrots, 1 mini red potato smothered in gravy
S - 4 peanut butter protein cookies
S - Fage yogurt with spoonful of cherry jam

My carbs are still high...trying to cut them out and normally I don't eat chips since I'm traveling but since I'm home and they are here I just do...not a good thing I know...I think I need electric shock therapy....
