Lab data, please let me know if I'm ok

Can someone look at my labs?  Dec 2009 was pre-op as was January 2010 right before my surgery.  There are no lab results for the second of this year because my doctors office told me they don't do 18 month labs, both receptionists, the nurse, and the PA all told me this!

A?  Also, you should alternate copper.
