Peppermint Mocha...DS Style!
I made this for my morning coffee/protein shake. Yum!!!
I made a slurry with a scoop and a half of Chocolate Whey Stack and about 1/2 cup half and half. Shake it really well (oh, and make sure the lid is snapped on tight...just sayin').
I add some hot coffee to the slurry and shake to temper and thin it. Add that to the rest of the hot coffee (I do this in a large mug). Then I added a generous amount of SF peppermint syrup.
Perfect for those chilly fall mornings!
