I've been gone awhile - staying busy with Life... Had an incisional hernia repaired along with anchor done Aug 3rd. Maintaining between 133-136 lbs. After I got off the creon supplement (Dr. G was concerned I was going to be losing to much), I began adding another meal & more snacks & holding weight now.

Iron done when woke up
B: eggo w/ butter & syrup
S: mini cheese cake w/ whip cream
L: Spaghetti & 5 meatballs, broccoli, & mini garlic parmesan bagel. lemonaid.
S: 2 mini carrots, 2 grapes, mini recees cup
D: Tostada hard shell with refried beans add a tortilla layered on top w/ taco meat, cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomato, green onions, sour cream, salsa, olives & guacamole. ovaltine chocolate milk, mini cheery cheese cake.
S: piece of mr goodbar dipped in peanut butter
Will add another snack/meal; maybe another tostada!
Vites: done except bedtime
labs getting done this month

I'm glad you're off the Creon and holding your own now. Seems Creon is Dr G's go-to safety net. lol

How did your hernia repair go? I'm needing one in the near future and hope to have the TT at the same time.

My incisional hernia repair & anchor surgery went well, the mesh was a bit painful with sneezes & coughs, but over all doing well. Though I don't know that I would get a TT if not for the hernia repair - OWCHIE!

B-double protein shake
S-double protein shake
B2- scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy and 1/2 a biscuit, tomato slices
L-wendy's chick nuggets
D-creamy chicken thighs, 2 with a few bites of gravy n sauce
S-sausage links, fried egg

All vites in, needed another protein shake in but I was very busy eating. I can't believe I eat this way and am walking around swollen with my pressure spots on my bra hurting me. Insane.
