BITES:

B - coffee and more coffee w/cream
- egg omelet with ham, a couple of sausage, onion, cheddar and american cheese.

L - 2 slices of Brocks Pizza (bacon, onion, ricotta and lots of cheese)

S - Two handfuls of Resee's Pieces (thank goodness they are gone)

D - couple bites of pork chop
Egg salad lettuce wrap with tomato
2 small salt boiled potatoes with butter

S - 3 homemade oatmeal cookies

VITES:
Morning Batch - Done
Iron - Done
Calcium - 2 done / 1 pending

EXCERCITES:
Nope, Nada.

TANNING: 0 MINUTES!  (hee hee)

another bottomless pit day. i never wake up hungry.  today, i couldn't wait to eat.

protein coffee
2 scrambled eggs w/diced ham
another hunk of fried ham
home fries
cinnamon bun
peanuts
7 slices of bacon w/mayo in 1/2 a low carb wrap
4 hershey's kisses
4 milk duds
went to longhorn steak house for dinner:
                        (all of this was eaten over several hours)
7 oz filet mignon
4 shrimp
sweet potato w/butter (this was incredible !! nom nom nom)
few forkfuls of rice pilaf
sauteed mushrooms
3 spoonfuls of rum raisin ice cream

after two days, i think i am finally full

vites:  missed late afternoon batch. 
fluids:  70+ oz

Hi Gina and everyone,
I went out to get a new, inexpensive watch because mine died and I came home with 2 watches and 3 sweaters. Replacing my wardrobe is fun.
I've been hungry today.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: double protein shake (46)
L: egg salad (14)' CS fudge bar (2), almonds (6)
S: most of a double protein shake (35)
D: chicken tortilla casserole (ate way too much but it sure tasted good), salad
S: ????

Vites all done. Fluids 100+ and still drinking.
Exercites: laundry.

Sure did. I had just fallen asleep when it woke me up. It was pretty impressive. We're about 50 miles from the epicenter.

Hey Guys,
Went out to brunch and the farmers market with friends who spent the weekend with us...it wa sncie , then spent the afternoon vegging and watching movies as we got all our chores done on saturday morning!!
B - breakfast burrito with extra cheese and sour cream, diet coke
L - pulled pork, few fries and coleslaw
S - more pulled pork and cheese cubes
S2 - more pulled pork and 2 picle spears
D - chicken soup with some awesome asiago garlic bread we bought at farmers market smothered in butter!
S - more pulled pork

I think I had empty legs yesterday and was desperately trying to fill them up with food!!
I am just as hungry today and am making an italian chicken soup in the crockpot right now for dinner which is going to have extra cream cheese and dreamfields mac elbows dumped in it right before its cooked, and topped with more sour cream and cheese!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
