Well, I survived the first week back at work. Figured out lunch. I've never been a cottage cheese fan and haven't eaten it since well before surgery. Got some for lunch and LOVED it. Go figure.
Gina, the scale has bounced up a few pounds. I think it's the change in activity and eating and i'm trying not to get stressed about it. Any thoughts?
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: small salad with green olives, cherry tomato, cheese, hard boiled egg, scoop cottage cheese
S: 3 slices summer sausage
L: shrimp ****tail, 1 cheddar biscuit, few bites baked potato with butter, sour cream and cheese, few bites of salad
S: plan decaf double protein shake
Vites: done. Fluids: 100+ oz.
Exercites: lots and lots of walking.
Our contract got extended for another few months. This is driving me crazy. Why can't they extend for the full year?!

Gina my protein was 12grams short yesterday :(
Think I did better today. I will add another protein drink before bed if I am short again.

L- 2 soft chicken tacos, no tortillia, with sour cream and extra cheese, 4 crinkle cut fries
S- String cheese and roastbeef slices
D- Crockpot Beef stew, about a cup of the beef, 2 chunks of potato, 2 baby carrots, and celery..
Vites: all in but bed time dose
Fluids: 60 oz water, 16 oz crystal light, 16oz diet orange soda.. working on last 20oz bottle of water

- chicken salad lettuce wrap w/2 slices of bacon
L - egg, onion, cheese, 2 steakum's, sausage omlet with a swiss cheese crisp
S - 3 eggs over with a slice of American cheese on two of them.
D - Baked Talapia with butter and lemon and a butternut squash, zucchini and yellow squash salsa.
- one piece of italian bread w/butter
- baked potato with butter and sour cream
S - SF choc. pudding with peanut butter and a handful of walnuts.

BITES:

L - Mexican shrimp ****tail, 2 saltines
S - Double protein shake made with cream, 1 piece sugar free Dove dark chocolate
D - planning on 4oz lobster tail (didn't get to eat it last night.), asparagus & lots of butter
S - (planned) Fage with raspberry syrup
So far I've gotten in around 150 grams of protein. If I actually eat like I've planned, I will hit 200 grams for the day and around *gulp* 100 carbs.
I got rid of all of my leftover halloween candy by bringing it into the office today but then tripped and my mouth fell onto a donut.
VITES: Evening batch and bedtime Proferrin pending.
EXERCITES: going thrift shopping this evening and will do 30 minutes on recumbent bike tonight.
