Yeah, it's a definite wake up call.  Sorry you're going through all of this, but appreciate your sharing your experience.  I hope you quickly find your way back to an even keel.

Becky, thanks for the reminder.  

I've been protein malnourished and have had to be on TPN in the past.  In my head, I can't imagine ever not getting in enough protein, but we never know what might come up for us (good or bad) that has us distracted.

Focusing on ready-to-drink protein shakes and taking vitamins is a great recommendation.
