***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

all day office meeting.  lunch was good but they didn't give us enough time to eat it. i wanted another sandwich......grrrr

double protein coffee
no breakfast
1/4 turkey sandwich - no bread, ate tomato & swiss cheese (all sandwiches where cut into 1/4 - what was that about?)
pickle
3 mini carrots
handful of potato chips
slice of birthday cheese cake
1/2 of a buffalo chicken wrap - minus the wrap
3 spoonfuls of coffee ice cream
6 large shrimp
double protein coffee

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  did real good 100+ oz  - yay me!!

BITES:
B - Fage yogurt, double protein coffee shake
L - In & Out double double protein style, couple of fries
S - 2 pieces Dove sugar free dark chocolate
D - planning on a 4 oz. Lobster tail if it is defrosted, few spears steamed asparagus, butter
S - Going out for a girlfriend's birthday so I may have a pint tonight.
Bedtime - another double shake to up my protein.
     Totals - protein 194, carbs  ~77 (including pint), DS calories around 900.

VITES:  on track

EXERCITES:  planning on riding exercise bike while watching TV show (around 42 minutes)

Oh man, I so wish I would get my period!  My appetite is off the charts and my boobs are so sore!  Plus I'm cranky and want to make a bunch of cookie dough and sit down in front of the television and finish the bowl.

B - several large mugs of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2
   - Omelet with onion, sausage and cheese
L - chicken salad on a swiss cheese crisp
S - bowl of buttered popcorn
   - one celery stick with peanut butter
   - One choc. chip cookie that was really yucky, hence only eating one. :)
D - swiss cheese crisp with eggs and a chicken salad lettuce wrap
S - 4 Dots (terrible...bleech...never again!)-
   -  coffee & cream

VITES:
Morning - Done
Iron - Done
Calcium - 2 out of 3 done

Exercise -
Nothing.

Hi Ladies,
  
S- 2 mugs coffee with sf French vanilla creamer
S- Oreo and a cheese stick
B- Sausage, egg and cheese bowl (about 3/4 c.)
L- Protein drink
S- 8 mozzarella balls marinated in olive oil with garlic and basil
D-2 Fried Chicken tender, 4 pc. steamed broccoli, 3 bites potatoes au gratin( made w/ heavy cream cheddar cheese and butter) , 1/2 garlic n cheese biscuit with a ton of butter..
S- Decafe-Protein coffee

Vites: all in but bedtime dose
Fluids: did pretty well, need to finish my las****er bottle for the day.
Exercise: Nope not today, moving treadmill back in the house where its warmer this weekend. But I think I hate exercise :(
