What a cute little baby! Not a care in the world:-)

I just have one question for you ladies...how do you prepare your protein coffee. I'm still struggling with my protein, and unfortunately have to return to work next week, so I'm trying to figure out a way I can have my protein on the go.

Here's my protein coffee:

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate, Nectar chocolate or vanilla, Nectar Cappuccino, etc.)
{shake} until blended
Pour into large mug
*Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}

*Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

HI Guys, not a bad day considering I've got TOM,

B - 2 mugs coffee with HC, 1 boiled egg
L - bowl chicken curry no rice, diet coke
S - low carb tortilla with turkey, feta, mayo, diet coke
D - bell pepper half stuffed with chilli, cheese, sour cream
S - few crackers with cream cheese and a caramel pumpkin!ooopsss

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Hi all, this is my first time posting so here it goes:

B- protein shake (Click espresso - yum yum)
S - Oatmeal with Unjury nonflavored protein (1/2 bowl)
L - Chicken pot pie soup (8 oz)
S- Chicken caesar salad (1/4 cup)
D - more chicken caesar salad (1/4 cup)
S - too full

Vits: getting them in slowly

Exercise: 45 minutes on treadclimber, 2 hrs walking in Walmart yesterday.
