Nothing much new here, I'm still adjusting to the new job and hours. The physician responsible for the program made some "tweaks" in what I will be doing after the current person leaves.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake on drive into work
S: few almonds
L: (very late). Chicken salad, almonds
D: pulled pork, 1/2 small sweet potato with tons of butter
S: plan decaf double protein shake
Vites: done. Fluids: done but still drinking.
Exercites: lots of walking (need to dig out my pedometer). Will be climbing stairs at the gym tonight.

S - 15 saltine crackers with butter or peanut butter, eaten throughout the day
- roasted chicken leg quarter and the crispy skin of 3 other chicken leg quarters
S - 6 celery sticks with peanut butter
D - 1/2 C Dreamfields pasta with spaghetti sauce and ricotta and sauteed in butter chicken breast.
- 4 cheese raviolis
S - 3 Gumballs
- Handful of choc. chips

No exercise.

S - Cup of full fat Fage with pudding mix. (20 g.)
L - Half of an El Pollo Loco chicken tostada salad (sans rice or shell) (16 g.)
D - still working on chicken tostada salad. (16 g.)
D2- cup of french onion soup with Julian bread cheese toast (36 g.)
S - double protein shake with SF Chai syrup (59 g.)
Totals = 208 g. protein, about 75 net carbs

EXERCITES: 30 minutes housework
