I added the protein drinks back because my hair was starting to fall out again and my protein numbers dropped. My goal is 2-3 aday.  and a plus is they cut back my carb cravings.

 I did good with staying away from candy

Had a double protein shake
nuts several times
chili

Did not do well with water today I have sort of got additcted to ginger ale thanks to ER and hospital.  I had to get rid of all of it today and vow to never buy it again.

I have to start getting in more protein and focus on fluids.  But the good news is that I am feeling better and my labs showed that I am more hydrated than I was with TPN.

Hey all, gotta post it's Halloween. Not able to eat much still. Man was I pulled tight with this TT.

B-2 scoop egg protein shake

L-peanuts w/dark baking chips 60%. 3oz

L-2 scoop egg protein shake

S-small apple

S-1/2 Sm. banana

D-2 scoop egg protein shake

S-2 boiled eggs

64oz water-32oz dec.tea

All vits.

walked goodwill-hung a arm pulley on my bedroom door to keep my range of motion.
