D - leftovers of some sort
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - 1 mini Snickers

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
3 -15 minute walks

Happy Halloween!!!!

Gina, thanks for remembering me today. I was feeling pretty stressed, but fine now. I just hate having to start over again.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
L: 1//4 c potato and bacon soup, Swiss cheese (20), almonds (6)
S: Adkins protein bar (10)
D: small piece of Brok's pizza (4 ?)
S: plan decaf double protein shake

Vites: all done.
Fluids: behind and drinking.
Exercites: A LOT of walking today and dance practice tonight.

Thought I was organized for today, but sadly, didn't work. Will try better tomorrow. Way too many carbs today.

I hope you'll get into a routine soon. I know how important they are. Glad it went well for the most part.

I am an eating, carb craving creepy creature today! 

B - Huge mug of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and light cream
- 1 medium banana
- swiss cheese crisp with eggs over easy (42g)

L - Large stuffed cheese hamburger
  - Banana

S - 4 celery sticks with Skippy natural peanut butter
   - Malted milk balls (about 20)
   - Large bowl of popcorn with butter

D - Poor man's salisbury steak (hamburger patties with oatmeal, onion, spices, and a bit of milk in a beefy mushroom gravy) and some egg noodle pasta
   - Banana with Hersheys choc. sauce drizzled on top of each bite.
   - The rest of the malted milk balls 
   
S - 1.5 cups of sugar free vanilla pudding with a handful of walnuts.

Shoot me if I eat more today! 

Vites:
Iron = done
Morning vites - done
Calcium batches - not done. 

No exercise.

I quite literally had to stop myself from making brownies or cake and sitting down in front of the television and just eating.  Maybe I should have because then I would not have skirted around eating all the other crap. 

I ended up eating three or four bananas and on one of them I took choc. sauce and would drizzle a little on the top of the banana. 

Honestly, I think what set it all off was that I started the morning with a banana (damn my husband for buying them!) and I ate it on an empty stomach.  So today is a new day and I have to go to the grocery store to pick up eggs and a few other staples as we are out of them. I am starting my day off as I always do with coffee. Since I have no eggs in the house  I'm going to make a BLT w/cheese lettuce wrap instead until I can get to the store.

I paid dearly last night for my awful eating day. The toilet and I became very intimate last night. I am going to need some Vaseline for my poor abused bum today.

Checking in for accountability. I have been bad lately and I am checking in to put myself in check~!

S- 2 cups Coffee, sf french vanilla creamer
S- Protein drink and string cheese
B- 1/2 ground beef burrito with sour cream and cheese ( I ate flour tortillia and have paid for it)
S- 3 sl.roast beef and swiss cheese
L-skipped it
S-protein drink
D- Beef stew, Lots of beef a few veggies carrots, potato pcs, celery
Now for the bad stuff I ate thru the day: 6 Evil snack size halloween candies, and a 1/2 of a granola bar.

 Vites: All in,except bedtime dose.
 Been doing good with that
Exercise: Not been doing so great at :( back to treadmill
Fluids: been doing ok, just need to go back to decaf..
