I didn't buy any candy this year. I'm being a scroogy great pumpkin.  I guess. 

Actually, it was a choice between vitamins and contributing to the obesity of children.  Guess what won out? 

I do feel bad though. I really have enjoyed handing out candy in the past.  Usually the weather is pretty nice and I will sit on the porch, along with lots of other people and hand out candy to the kids. This year I won't be doing that.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Comment on the radio last week: this marks the beginning of the holiday eating season which ends with the Super Bowl.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: Click protein coffee (15), almonds (6)
L: egg salad (14), CS fudge bar (2)
D: salsbury steak (21), mashed potatoes, few bites of salad, small dinner roll
S: plan decaf double protein shake

Vites: all done
Fluids: more than 100 pz
Exercites: fixed up vitamins for the month....should count if tanning does. LOL. It took 45 minutes.

Hi Y'all,

I am just not hungry for the things I'm suppose to eat so i just don't want to eat at all.  I'm afraid if I eat, that it will be carbs.

BITES:  (4 months out)
B - Protein Coffee (30g)
S - 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, (couldn't eat it all)  toast with butter (19gP & 13 Cbs)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - handful of grapes
D - Not hungry - don't know what to do
S - Not hungry

Water:  38oz

VITES:  forgot again.  I feel like a bad girl.

You might try experimenting with more protein shake varieties. Just have the right stuff on hand...jerky, Fage Greek yogurt, SF syrups, laughing Cow cheese rounds or soft cheese wedges, pepperoni you can crisp in the oven and use for crackers, deviled eggs......

I will not be drinking a protein drink late at night anymore. I was pooping pumpkin   all night and into this morning. I guess that fiber really doesn't absorb!  My butt hurts.

Yes and survived. . Will have to come up with a early morning routine since the hours are earlier than I was working. and, of course, will have to work on the eating and drinking.

Over all went better than I expected.....the job's not going to tax me mentally, I think, but lots of walking, which is good.
