Hey Maddie, do you use the pre sliced swiss or colby jack etc or do you use shredded? I have tried to make cheese crisps a number of times but they never seem to come out right?? maybe making them in the pan is the answer!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

I have used both, sliced and shredded cheese.  I find that preheating the pan helps a lot. What is it that is happening when you make them?  I've used a non stick pan before, but with that I always grease it, but since I have a non stick pan I don't have to do that.

i waited until today to buy the halloween candy.......

double protein coffee
10 slices of bacon
egg salad made w/2 eggs & 3 slices of chopped bacon
cashews
corn nuts
grilled hamburger - sans bun - mayo & blue cheese crumbles
(yup, it snowed yesterday and we grilled today.  lol)
chips
baked beans
pickle slices
double protein decaf coffee
about 40 pepperoni crisps
peanuts
maybe popcorn later
another protein coffee for sure

vites:  missed late afternoon batch [sigh]
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime

vanentines???? what the hell???  the memo i got said "easter".  crap.  seriously, i've only had one of those mini boxes.  think there are 4 duds inside. 
i wanted to give out the little tubs of play dough this year. even had a $1 off coupon, hubs said that was a stupid idea.

Noreen, I love milk dud because you can eat so few of them and still be pretty satisfied. I eat like 8 of them and my jaw hurts!
