Confused want to go from Lapland to DS

I work for a self funded organization that has a bariatric surgery exclusion. However, the exclusion was poorly written and it sounded like I would be covered but when I tried to get an attorney to help me, I ran into a brick wall. This was not a large money settlement type of case so no attorney wanted to be bothered with it, jerks.

 So sorry to hear that, it's sad because obesity is a disease and for them to deny a medical disability is absurd.  I'm just happy you are able to get the surgery:)
