B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - baby carrots w/dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - baby carrots w/dip
S - Cheetos ...ok, lots of Cheetos
D - thin crust pizza

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1 -15 minute walk

I'm so jealous that you can eat carrots. They tear me up!

B - Huge mug of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and light cream

B - egg, cheese, bacon, onion omlet

S - small bowl of popcorn with butter / pumpkin pie protein drink

L - 3 small pieces of Panko breaded chicken breast with Mayo

S - 4 celery sticks with peanut butter

D - Nothing. Maybe eggs later. I had a late lunch.

Vites:
Morning - Done
Iron - Done
Calcium batches, 1 & 2 done, 3 is pending

Exercise:
Does drinking coffee count? If not, then nothing.

Just rediscovered baby carrots this year. Hang on and maybe they'll work for you in time.

Maybe, maybe not. Even when I had my RNY pouch I had trouble with carrots. Now that I have only a piece of my stomach and no stoma I still have trouble with raw carrots. Cooked carrots are fine though.

Good evening, everyone.
BITES:
B - double protein shake, half Rockin' roll bar (70 g. protein)
L -  1/2 Bacon wrapped sirloin, 1/3 Wendy's baked potato slathered in butter and sour cream (30 g. protein)
S - double protein shake, part of a huge cinnamon roll (66 protein - hope it will help balance out the carbs.)
D- probably chicken with melted cheddar and asparagus. (27 g.)
S- other half Rockin' Roll bar (10g.)

Total protein should be around 200 grams.

VITES:  on track

EXERCITES: short walk

Cheetoh's.....yum, yum, yum.
Up way too late watching the baseball game last night.
Any snow, Gina?

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: Adkins bar (10)
L: egg salad (14), salami (7), giant olives, CS fudge bar....I was hungry
S: few drinks of protein shake but got sick?!?!?
D: (late; wanted to make sure stomach was ok). Bacon (12), double protein shake (46)

Hey teachmid -

I stayed up also, to see the Rangers win.  I was so sorry I stayed up for that loss.      But it was a good game to see.  So, here I am watching tonight's game too.  Not loving the score so far.

Yep, it was a late night, DH is at a conference in St. Louis and the fans and honking cars woke him up last night.

I've been craving Cheetos for a week and I got some....

They're preparing for snow out here west of DC but I doubt we'll get anything. The Shenandoah Valley is another story though.
