Another not so great eating day...I'll be glad when my energy comes back and I feel halfway normal again:

L - 1/2 cup chili
s - 2 sausage patties
D - 1/2 cup chili
Drinks - Iced Tea no sweetener

Are you drinking anything besides iced tea? You might be dehydrated.

I didn't start feeling "normal" until 7-8 weeks.

I do about 60 ozs of iced tea and about 40 ozs of water daily.  Will iced tea dehydrate me?

Caffeine has a mild diuretic effect and I would probably increase your water and decrease your tea. Shoot for 64 oz of water first. Just a thought.

BTW: where are you in Kansas? I'm in OKC?
