evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1 -15 minute walk

Hi in a and everyone,
I took DH to then airport early this morning, so had to take a nap today.
Gina, the chilli sounds so good. It's chilly here.....chilli weather.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: Fage yogurt with a few blueberries and pecans (18)
L: shrimp ****tail (?14), cheddar biscuit, few bites of salad. (out to lunch with friends)
S: CS fudge bar
D: bacon (12), fried eggs (10).....no point in cooking just for me
S: plan double protein shake (46)

Vites: all done. Fluids : on track.
Exercites: swept, vacuumed and mopped house. NAP!!!

Sounds like a good day all around. I wish I was able to nap today...could have used a 20 minute cat nap at lunchtime.

Hi everyone! Well, I got the J-tube removed but still have my stitches. Oh well, at least the hardware is gone. Down 25 pounds. I have to go get me some bacon tomorrow too!!

B-Cheese omlet with a small dollop of greek yogurt
S- Part of a protein shake
L- UGH stopped on the way to surgeons office and McDonalds had no soup ready so I got a fish filet. Scraped what little bit of fish was under the crust. Barely any!
S- stopped and grabbed a small beef stick
D- ground chuck in a little sloppy joe sauce.

Vites in and fluids all but there.

L - Garlic chicken, couple of bites of chow mein & chinese BBQ pork. (38 g)
S - Double protein shake (59 g)
3 pieces Dove sugar free dark chocolate
D - part of a chicken breast stuffed with cheese & asparagus; 4 stalks asparagus in butter. (34)
S - if I have room - Fage yogurt (14 g)
Estimated totals - carbs 65 net, protein 202
VITES: on track

FLUIDS: need to drink another 16 oz. water

EXERCITES: laundry, cleaning cat boxes, and doing dishes

I stepped on the scale today and it said 169.8. Ok, it is only two tenths of a pound out of the 170's, but it's out of the 170's.  Yippee! 
Oh, and I had a good high protein day too.

B - 3 large mugs of coffee with half and half
B - eggs over easy with a big swiss cheese crisp
L - swiss cheese hamburger wrapped in lettuce with the very last of the mayo *gasp*
S
- Pumpkin pie protein drink
D - Less than 1/3 cup of white rice w/butter, about 6 homemade floured chicken nuggets fried in olive oil and butter with onion. It didn't sit well with me sadly.

Exercise
Cleaned the house

Morning - Done
Calcium - not done.
