Not a bad day if I say so myself. Thanks to MajorMom for the Pumpkin Latte recipe!

BB (Before Breakfast) Coffee...coffee...coffeeeeeeee with half and half / cream and sweetner
B - 2 lettuce wraps with 4-5 oz. panko breaded chicken split between the two wraps, a total of 3 slices of bacon split between the two wraps, swiss cheese and mayo
S - 2 slices of ham w/1 slice of swiss cheese rolled up

L - 4 eggs, swiss cheese crisp, 2 slices of ham
S- Pumpkin pie protein drink (nom nom nom)
D-center cut boneless pork chop floured and sauteed in olive oil and butter, served on a bed of sauteed onions with 1/3 cup of whole wheat pasta and a spicy tomato and basil sauce and leftover sawmill gravy sauce.

S - Popcorn with butter (maybe)

I'm so glad you liked the protein pumpkin latte idea. I also made gluten free prumpkin bars. I think I got 3 or 4, my son ate the rest of the batch. lol

Hello! I've read your bites vites and exercites most days for the past 5 or 6 months, since just before my DS.
I'm going to try to start posting on here my info, just to help me stay accountable. No issues really, just want to make sure I am staying on track!

I wanted to start today, and even though it ending up not being a great day, I'm sticking to my plan. My daughter was in a car accident today...5 days after getting her license. She is fine, but has lots of scrapes, bumps and is very sore. It happened just as I was going to have bfast, and we didn't get home from the hospital till 11:30.

Bites:
B - Double Chocolate Whey protein shake
S - cheese, lots and lots of cheese (Balsamic BellaVitano)
L - swiss cheese spread melted over thinly sliced bread 3 slices
S - more cheese (i love this balsamic cheese!!)
S - 6 Kraft caramels
D - 5 oz sirloin steak
S - probably more cheese, or a thin bagel with peanut butter
S - going to try to get a protein shake in....got some new samples I want to try!

Vites:
Morning: Done
Noon: Done
Evening: Done
Night: will be done at bedtime

Exercites:
Went to gym at 615 this morning....recovering, from knee scope from 8 weeks ago.
- 10 min. on treadmill to warm up my knee
- several circuit machines to work arms, back and chest. And a  few to work quads, glutes and           hamstrings. 
- 100 Ab crunches
- various leg stretchs and 3 minutes on the balance board.

Yesterday was a hungry day and today, not so much:

B - Nothing
L - 2 chicken tenders (baked in marinade)
S - 2 oz cheddar cheese
D - 2 chicken tenders (baked in marinade) wrapped in lettuce
Drinks - Iced tea no sweetener

Vits - Done

Exercise - Chasing the puppy around the block as it tried to run away!

Not bad at all. There will be on and off days for sure. lol Nothing like a streaking puppy to get your heart rate up.

Travled to Carmel IN to see Dr Inman. I've lost 131lbs!! YAY!
