BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g) and a small bowl of beefy veggie soup
S - popcorn
D - meat loaf w/coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - little piece of pumpkin praline fudge

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
2 -15 minute walks and 20 leaning push-ups

B- 2 protein shakes (just protowhey mixed in water)
S- peanuts
L- sliced turkey and cheese rolled up
S-protein bar *YUCK!*
D- rotisserie chicken and lima beans
S- frozen powerade zero orange made into a jelloish mush (I add sugar free jello to it and freeze it)

VITES:
Iron am: 300mg/2000 Vit C Done
Calcium:  Done with am need to do pm
Vita-mins: 1 dose with A, D, E, and B's done need to do evening dose + magnesium

EXERCITES:

None

Yes I think I am finally just eating for nutrition and nothing else.  I didn't throw up at all today but my stomach is a KNOT.  I feel like it is hard and nothing is moving.

Protein bars hate me, or rather my bowels hate protein bars and then my husband hates me because I get so gassy...and so it goes.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Decided to weigh my evening meat out to see what I was really eating.......stuffed at 2.5 oz and the last half ounce was a force. I'd be in sad shape if I had to rely on what I ate without my shakes.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: Swiss cheese, summer sausage
L: egg salad, CS fudge bar
S: 2 olives, double protein shake
D: ham steak, 1/2 small sweet potato with a ton of butter
S: plan decaf protein shake

Vites: done. Fluids: more than enough.
Exercites: with DH painted the deck with waterproof stain. Bet I'm sore tomorrow.

Gina, going to to try the pumpkin latte tomorrow.

The 2.5oz sounds about right for me too. Just can't eat much more than that at one time. Thank goodness for shakes. Experiment with the protein pumpkin latte. Have you had the one at Starbucks?

Love the Starbuck's one but haven't had one since surgery. It's always tempting, though.

I think I feel most comfortable around an ounce and a half of meat...of course shrimp is an exception. I can eat about 40-50 gm of protein a day on most days. It's the restriction, right?

I think I can have a small size of the Starbucks...must be the sweet syrup they use...my stomach doesn't like the grande size.

Thank goodness for restriction too. lol
