Pumpkin Pie protein drink

This is my variation on Major Mom's Pumpkin Latte'.  I LOVE pumpkin pie and love the taste of the batter before it even gets cooked. This was about as close to it as I could get, but it was so nummy.

I used a large blender bottle and filled it half way with half and half and a couple ounces of heavy cream. I think milk would have worked just as good too, but I didn't have any milk.  If I had a couple of ice cubes I would have used them too, but I didn't.

1/2 of a 15oz can of pumpkin (plain pumpkin, nothing else).
1 scoop of IDS vanilla cinnamon protein
1/2 to 1 teaspoon (to your taste) of pumpkin pie spice.
Optional (though I did not use this I think it would be very yummy) SF vanilla or caramel syrup.

Shake the heck out of it or put it through a blender.
Drink and enjoy!

 Sounds great!  I cant get enough pumpkin.  (She says this while drinking a Pumpkin spice flavored coffee).

Just finished a nice little piece of pumpkin praline fudge... www.crownkingaz.com .  2 kinds of pumpkin fudge on the "order fudge" tab. I guess I'd better go add it to my Bites & Vites.

I've been drinking these for the last couple of weeks (using the same protein powder!) My daughter opened a can of pumpkin to make my brother a pumpkin pie for his birthday and I didn't want the rest of the pumpkin to go to waste. I only use about a quarter cup of pumpkin per 8oz shake though. Dee-lish!

Oh sure, take away my props that I created something new! 

I don't know why I never thought of it before though. Ok, I do, because I'm not very creative when it comes to protein drinks. I hate mixing up something and hating it. It seems like such a waste to me to pour it down the drain. ANYWAY, I love the pumpkin taste. Can't wait to do it again today.

This sounds great!  Thanks for the recipe.  I would have liked to have it on Thanksgiving!

Challie, I made one today and it was so thick I could not even fini**** I had to put about half of it in the fridge for later. It's so nom nom nom!!!
