FABULOUS!  I'll have to add that to my exercise routine then...not that I have an exercise routine mind you, but if I ever get one decorating cookies is at the top of the list.

The protein pumpkin latte tasted remarkably like Starbucks. Its a lot of milk so you need to heat it up with so little coffee. I made it Saturday with heated milk and no protein powder. Sunday, I made it with all cool milk. I'm sure there's a happy medium between heated milk and a small amount of cool milk to use to mix the protein.

Hello all,
 what are these coffee protein shakes?  Sound good, are they ok after 3 weeks and where do I get them.

You can use brewed decaf coffee or reduced caffeine. There's also Click which is a pre-made caffeinated protein drink.

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate,  Nectar Cappuccino, Nectar Chocolate, etc.)
{shake a little} until blended
Pour into large mug (bigger is better)
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine) (brewed chai tea works too)

{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold protein liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

B: Scrambled Eggs.
L: Salad, Baked Potato, Chick Fingers and Cheddar Biscuits at Red Lobster. :D
D: 1/2 Whole Wheat Bagel with Peanut Butter.
S: 4 fun size candy bars.
Probably another snack because I'm feeling a bit shaky, but I think I'll opt for eggs.

I think eggs would be a great idea. Remember we're after 100 grams of protein a day.
