Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - bacon, sausage, egg and protein coffee (30g)
L - beefy veggie soup
S - *pumpkin protein latte and a gluten free pumpkin bar (30g)
D - out to Japanese Steakhouse -- I'm so full!
S - nada

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
none

TANNING:
8 minutes

*Pumpkin (beta carotene) Protein (whey protein isolate) Latte

In a 20oz shaker bottle with wire ball add 3 tbsp canned pumpkin, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 cup of 1/2 & 1/2 or milk or soy milk, 1 tbsp of SF vanilla syrup, 1 scoop of IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder. Shake and then nuke for 30 seconds.
Make 3 ounces of espresso or double strong coffee.
Test the protein slurry for warmth, shake some more, and add another 20 seconds in the microwave.
Pour the protein pumpkin slurry into a big mug and stir the espresso into the slurry.
Optional--Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.

Take some fat soluble vitamins. Cheers!

Gina, it was a good weekend until i had to take my husband to ER tonight..... They admitted him after a long stay in ER, ugh! So tired. they will keep him for a couple of days at least. He has a bad kidney infection,,,

Hi y'all,

BITES:  (Weight loss mode - 4 months out)
B - Protein Coffee w/cream (30gP)
      vitamins
S - 2 slices of deli turkey
      1 1/2 slices of baby Swiss (17gP)
S - slice of baby Swiss (7gP)
L - cup of chicken soup w/ 1 scoop of  unflavored protein  (27g)
S - Fuzzy Navel Nectar (30gP) 10 animal crackers (20 carbs)
D - Shepard's pie with small amount of mashed potato and sour cream (7gP) (25 Carbs)

VITES:  Morn. done
              Calcium done
              2nd Multi done
               evening batch - in a minute.

Water:  64 oz   trying to get in more

EXERCITES:  10 minutes on recumbent bike.

Oh my goodness, the pumpkin latte sounds amazing. I'm so doing this tomorrow morning especially because I have everything I need!

B - 2 small, or one large brownie. I cut the one large brownie in half and consumed it, then went back and ate the other half...lol.
Brunch - one floured and butter/oil sauteed chicken breast, 4 lettuce leaves, 4 slices of bacon and a couple slices of swiss cheese. Wrapped up the chicken, bacon and cheese in the lettuce with some mayo and had myself 2 very yummy delish lettuce wraps for brunch.
Dinner - Panko breaded chicken breast with white sawmill gravy (sans the sausage) and about 1/4 cup of Knorr Alfredo noodles.
 
Exercise - Oh, countess times up the steps to pay for my brownie indulgence to the proceline goddess.
Some house cleaning
I decorated fall sugar cookies...does that count as exercise?

Calcium - not done ( I really need to get better at this)
