BITES: (Weight loss mode - 4 months out)
B - Protein Coffee w/cream (30gP)

S - 2 slices of deli turkey
1 1/2 slices of baby Swiss (17gP)
S - slice of baby Swiss (7gP)
L - cup of chicken soup w/ 1 scoop of unflavored protein (27g)
S - Fuzzy Navel Nectar (30gP) 10 animal crackers (20 carbs)
D - Shepard's pie with small amount of mashed potato and sour cream (7gP) (25 Carbs)

B - 2 small, or one large brownie. I cut the one large brownie in half and consumed it, then went back and ate the other half...lol.
Brunch - one floured and butter/oil sauteed chicken breast, 4 lettuce leaves, 4 slices of bacon and a couple slices of swiss cheese. Wrapped up the chicken, bacon and cheese in the lettuce with some mayo and had myself 2 very yummy delish lettuce wraps for brunch.
Dinner - Panko breaded chicken breast with white sawmill gravy (sans the sausage) and about 1/4 cup of Knorr Alfredo noodles.
Exercise - Oh, countess times up the steps to pay for my brownie indulgence to the proceline goddess.
Some house cleaning
I decorated fall sugar cookies...does that count as exercise?
