Awww....(((Maddie))).  Get some really dark chocolate and try to get rid of some of those temptations around the house. I hope Sunday is less stressful :(

Here you go:

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate,  Nectar Cappuccino, Nectar Chocolate, etc.)
{shake a little} until blended
Pour into large mug (bigger is better)
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine) (brewed chai tea works too)

{stir}

Add hot liquid to cold protein liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.

Hi Gina and everyone! Better late than never. I am having a hard time with drinking shakes but am able to add unflavored to things just fine. I am pleased at how well things have gone since surgery.

For yesterday's post op

B- Oikos greek yogurt with added unflavored protein drink and sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding mix.
L- Cream Of Mushroom Soup with added unflavored protein drink.
D- blenderized Wendy's chili with unflavored protein drink.

Vites were done and I am good on fluids.

I'm glad things are going well and that you're able to adapt and get your protein in. You're one smart lady, Fran. Good to see you back posting on B&V :)
