B - Protein Coffee (30g)\
S - none
L - 3 oz chicken (21g), slice of cheese (7g), mayo and 2 slices low carb toast (26 Carbs)
S- 1 Cup of Fage yogurt w/blueberry's and tsp of SF Jello Cheese cake pudding mix (23g)
D - Chicken protein broth (30g)
S - not sure yet
need more water , only 42 oz. so far (not really thirsty! Guess I'll have some water for my snack.
