Everything sounds good. Think I'll be looking for SF cheesecake pudding/jello.

It is totally yummy. I 'treat' myself to it often, as you can see.
I usually mix most of a box into the contents of a large sized Fage and add a splash of half & half to thin it out. (Mix in a bowl, rather than the Fage container unless you are much neater than I am and can keep from spilling.) I use less of the pudding mix if I'm planning on adding fruit, SF preserves, or DaVinci syrup. A splash of raspberry syrup rocks.
The whole box of SF Jello cheesecake pudding has 24 carbs.
Cheapest place I've found it is at Target. I think it was 89 cents there last week; my regular grocery store charges $1.69.
Enjoy!

I haven't posted in a while, as I have been in the hospital for 10 days with a severe kidney infection and kidney stone. I just got home last night and am still loopy from all of the drugs. My bites will not be normal but I want to get back in the habit of posting them. I also wanted to thank Pam from Dr. Houston's office for bringing me a protein Shaker and getting dietary to bring me DS friendly meals after my nurse accused me of being too picky.
L-3 meatballs, 1/2 grilled cheese
D- Beef stroganoff, no noodles
Water- 5 cups
I have been sleeping most of the day but will try to fit in a protein shake and more water tonight.
