Anyone have any tips or thoughts? I know my D & mag citrate is low, so I am adding some. Not sure on the rest yet. Thanks in advance!

I'm no help as a pre-op but why did you do labs already?  It hasn't been 3 months?

Had to get them done before my 3 month appointment coming up so the surgeons can look at them, even though they are not good with the lab advice, they still want to look at them. I asked around, a lot said not to worry if I get them a few weeks early.

Are you on Vitalady's plan for vitamins? If you are I think you're in good shape. I don't see vitamin A, E or K and I'd be a little concerned if you aren't supplementing them with your only other fat soluble vitamin  (D3) is low.

Have you compared these to your pre-op labs? Anything trending in the wrong direction?

Yep, I'm on Vitalady schedule and dose. I will increase my D3. I haven't got any results on A,E or K yet. I hope they come soon.
