I'd hoped that adding that 2nd double protein shake in the late evening or before bed would do it, but I guess not.
Tomorrow I'm make up a second big protein shake (56 grams protein) to have at work in addition to my normal breakfast one.  With the 3 double shakes (breakfast, mid-day, and bedtime), I'll be up to 168 grams of protein from the shakes alone.  However, I need to switch to heavy cream and water to avoid all the carbs in the ones I make now using half & half.

hi everyone. miss you guys.  here's what went in the tummy today --------->

double protein coffee
8 sl turkey bacon
2 donut holes
peanuts
chinese take out for lunch:
6 steamed pork dumplings (minus the wrapper part)
2 beef teriayki sticks
sunflower seeds
double protein decaf coffee
pepperoni crisps
leftover chinese for dinner
2 dumplings - peeled off the wrapper
2 beef teriyaki sticks
egg drop soup
mini baby ruth
planned: another protein shake

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids: 90+ oz by bedtime

Missed you, too. Sounds like you had a great time in SF. Won't be coming out in Dec. . Spoke with Dr. K and left it up to him. He said we could do a phone visit instead. I really wanted to visit with you, though.
