I guess you'll be sending those nippy morning to me soon. Wished I'd had a light jacket this morning but I did ok.

Excellent Bites. Even if you're through losing for now it may start up again when you least expect it. At least you can live with the way you eat now and you're not suffering trying to stay below 800 calories eating fat free cardboard food.

You're absolutely right. I would never have gotten down this low and stayed here dieting..,,, Been there done that. I definitely am not starving. About the only thing I'd like to add is a few crackers or an occasional pie e of toast.

Think it's interesting that I've basically stopped exactly where I stopped after my RNY.

Hello everyone.

BITES (supposed to be in weight loss stage, more like stall stage!)
B - double protein coffee
L - Trader Joe's Butter Chicken with 1/3 or less of the included rice to soak up sauce
1/2 cup Fage 2% with 1/4 box Jello S/F cheesecake pudding mixed in
D - planning on making some kind of Hamburger Helper type meal using dreamfields
S - Bariatric Advantage calcium chews - caramel flavored
May have an Amber Lyn S/F bar tonight
Bedtime - another double protein shake

Estimates - 45 net carbs, 191 protein, 719 calories after DS math.

VITES: on track
EXERCITES: I'm going to ride my bike tonight while watching an episode of Law & Order on Netflix. (probably right at 42 minutes)

Interesting aside - I actually FOUND regular Fage at a new grocery store but the 2% had 5 more grams of protein per cup serving. So I guess I'll stick with the 2% plain Fage!

Nice Bites today.  I use the 2% Fage too. The regular was just a little too rich for me. I added 1/2 & 1/2 to it to cut it.

Gina -
I'm been wondering - when I apply the DS math, my calories usually fall around 800 when I stick to around 50 net carbs.   Yet I'm still not losing & bounce around the same 4 pounds.
Do you think it is possible I'm not getting in enough absorbable calories?    (Never imagined I'd ever have that problem!)
Maybe I should try to add a 3rd double protein shake during the afternoon?
It is so strange to me to not be constantly hungry and to have to remember to eat or drink my shakes.

I love the DS - even if it isn't loving me back right now.

I always suggest protein shakes for folks in a stall. Couldn't hurt to try it, right?
