Inulin? how do DSers react to this?

I was looking at this K2 (link below)  and I see it contains inulin.  All I really know is that it is a fiber and is suppose to help with calcium absorption.

It's not much, so I doubt it makes any noticeable difference.

Inulin in larger doses -- like in the clear version of metamucil, gives me gas.  Some people it does nothing.  Buggies in the intestine might like feasting on it.

About the product though, IMO, it doesn't have enough K2 in it to bother.  Plus, it's MK7 and most of the K2 benefits you read about are about MK4.

There are better products out there.  Try vitacost.

It's about the same cost (this bottle has 180 caps, the one you showed had only 60), except this one has 20 times the K2 in it (but, admittedly, no vitamin d...though you're probably already taking a lot of that anyways).
