Hi Gina and everyone,
Was interviewed by a reporter from CA today on DS revisions and Dr. Keshishian. His office had called several weeks ago asking if I would participate. I'd kind of forgotten about it.

Fall weather finally blew in this evening. Love it! Chilli weather.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: Fage yogurt (10)
L: egg salad (14), CS fudge bar (2)
S: salami (7)
S: few sips of protein coffee...didn't fini****
D: shrimp ****tail (?14), cesear salad, only 1 cheddar biscuit, 1/4 sm baked potato with butter and sour cream
S: drinking a double protein shake now (46)

Vites all done. Fluids more than 100oz.
Exercites: 2 hour dance practice...really worked us hard again,

I think it's going to be tied into something on the radio. There will be another couple of phone calls, the last being with the production staff. Should be interesting, I'll let y'all know as I know more. Too and I couldn't get a trip to CA out of this.

Hey there guys!

B- Eggs, Bacon, Toast
L-KFC Chicken leg and thigh, 1/2 mashed potatoes and gravy
S-Cottage cheese and 1/2 serving cool ranch doritos
S- 2 servings sunflower seeds
S-1 peppermint
D-Chicken Bacon Ranch salad from McDonalds, ate all the chicken and a few bites of the rest
S-Popcorn smothered in butter
S-Peanut butter

More carbs then I liked but it was a long day. At least on 5 carbs came from candy. Most were from breaded chicken and veggies.
