Delicious chicken dish, this is a must try.  It's called chicken san remo, one of my favorite meals.  Now that I'm post op, I plan to "bread" the chicken in parmesean cheese instead of the flour.  Just thought I'd share, this is so good!!

1 serving had 38g protein, 50g fat & 12g carbs.  Not sure how many carbs it saves to switch out the parmesean for the flour.

I hope you like it.

Thanks for sharing. I honestly don't eat alot of chicken but I'm definitely going to try this one. I'll probably switch out the chicken breast for boneless thighs (white meat chicken just doesn't sit well in my tummy so I generally only eat dark meat).

If you switch out the flour, the sauce probably won't be as thick. Since I'm so far post-op I'll stick with the recipe as written.

I have this one in my food.com cookbook but have not made it yet.  I think I might have to make it for dinner this week.
