Today's my protein/carb check. Think I need to cut out the almonds.

B - 3 egg omlet with onions and 3 slices of cheese
2nd B - 2 egg omlet with onions and 3 slices of swiss cheese
L - 2 small cheeseburgers with onion, 2 slices of bacon, mayo wrapped in 2 lettuce leaves (which fell apart, and was super messy, but OMG so yummy!)
S - 2 brownie bites, one pumpkin cupcake w/cream cheese icing, and later a tiny mini bundt pineapple bundt cake with a teaspoon of cherry filling drizzled with choc. icing.
D - Teriyaki chicken with some bean thread noodles

I had a Premier Designs jewelry party on Saturday that turned out to be a big fat epic FAIL since not one of the 50 people I invited showed up and the handful of people who did RSVP didn't bother to show up either. Seriously, crickets could be heard and I don't think my face stopped being red from embarrassment until this morning. I'm still sore and hurt about the whole thing. Anyway, I of course had baked for the soriee'. I ended up giving away most of the baked items (except I didn't give them away to the people who said yes, I'll be there in the neighborhood and didn't show up at all!). Most of it got thrown away, except for a couple of pumpkin muffincakes and some brownie bites which I left for hubby. I have been trying to lose the 30 pounds I put on so I save my carbs for later in the day when I seem to crave something carby (I'm down 15 pounds. 15 more to go). Still feeling rather low and broken yesterday I of course needed to medicate and ate the pumpkin muffincake and a couple of the brownie bites. As I was cleaning up from dinner I asked hubby if he wanted anymore of the snacks and he said no, so I put dish detergent over them (it discourages the animals once it's in the garbage outside. Damn freakishly smart racoons) and threw them away. So no sweets in the house right now, which is a good thing because I'm still feeling pretty craptastic and would like to medicate myself with lots of no good carbs.
In the meantime my carb choices have been limited to better carbs such as veggies and potatoes. Tonight I'm making roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and beets so that is where my carbs will be used. I need to get back into my size 10 jeans for me. I didn't go through 2 years of post op complication hell to gain weight ya know?

S- cottage cheese with 6 cool ranch doritos
L- Taco meat with chesse, few tomatoes, lots of ranch dressing, 1/2 taco shell (crunchy)
S-3 peppermints
D- Chicken stir fry, heavy on the chicken, 2 tables spoons of brown rice,(regretting that decision currently, its 2 am and gas city. First time brown rice has been an issue!)
S-Popcorn smothered in butter
