Hi Gina and everyone,
Think I'll drop by for soup
Spent several hours at a holiday crafts fair today and I tasted EVERYTHING .. .

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
S: samples of everything...nuts, cheese, dips, small pretzels
L: Swiss cheese and olives
D: ham steak and homemade cranberry sauce
S: finished off the ham and cranberry sauce

Vites all done. Fluids just fine.
Exercites: walked 2.5 hours at crafts fair. 30 minute square dance performance tonight. Now I'm settling in to watch the OU football game.

I want to join in tonight! I strayed away because the sugar **** in me was being bad! I am offically a week sugar free. Only good carbs! Whole Wheat/Grain breads. Peanut butter is my sweet treat and it has 3 net carbs per serving! I have lost 2 pounds since starting the low carbing! So here goes!

B/L-  Deli Roast beef on Whole Wheat bread
S-  4 cheese sticks from Arby's
D-10 oz Catfish grilled in butter 4 small French Fries
S- 2 servings roasted sunflower seeds
S- Serving Peanut butter
S- Popcorn smothered in butter
S- Another serving peanut butter

All vites in!
All Fluids in!

S - 1/2 C. Fage w/blue berrys (14g)

Water:  More than 64oz

EXERCITES:  12 Block walk
