HI Guys, a better today , largely because I didnt take the strong painkillers, they make me feel so sick!

B - 4 strips bacon in a low carb tortilla with 2 slices cheese 30g, coffee with HC
S - iced coffee with Hc and sf pumpkin pie syrup and a squirt of sf whipped cream (Homemade)
L - at least half a rotisserie chicken eaten over 1.5 hrs while working on the computer, dipped in garlic dip and chipotle ranch ..nom nom (40g approx)
S - homemade coronation chicken made with leftover rotisserie chicken (15g)
D - breakfast bake made with a ton of eggs, cream, cheese, bacon, mushrooms, onions and low carb bread (25g) ....so yummy and tons for leftovers over the weekend!!

hey Gina, well kinda sorta...I've been making do with the ibuprofen instead of taking the strong stuff the doc prescribed as it makes me so loopy and sick to my stomach. I think the pain is a bit better though...next trip to the dentist is not till the 20th!!

Enjoyed my food so much more actually yesterday as I was eating "properly" ya know.......That's so weird for me even now, when I was heavier I could go days without eating proper meals , just grazing on rubbish. Now I just feel better when I eat better. I am a real foodie these days and really appreciate ingredients, cooking and recipes - I'm Food network's biggest fan lol

Hi Gina and everyone,
Enjoyable day today.
I only wear pantyhose when I square dance, and I realized, with a performance coming up, I didn't know how to buy them anymore. Generally I've just bought the biggest size at Catherines.......way too big now. Well, bought the cheapest pair of regular sized ones and Walmart...and they fit. I thought that was pretty neat.

B: bacon, double protein shake
L: shrimp ****tail, cesear salad, 2 cheddar biscuits
S: cheese samples in Whole Foods
S: 1 chocolate truffle (1carb)
D: bacon, double protein shake (ate on the way to support meeting)
S: ?????

Vites all done. Fluids more than 100 oz.
Exercites: 20 min walk.

Good plastics presentation tonight at support group.

L - 3 oz tomatoe stewed beef  (21g)
S - Fuzy Navel Nectar Prot.Shake (30g)
D - more stewed beef (21g)
S - Unjury chicken broth 1.5 scoop (30g)

Welcome!  How has your weight loss been? I like your Bites. I think having some kind of tomato, fresh or cooked, is a good thing even if they add a few carbs. They would be good carbs and tomatoes are full of good nutrients.

I've lost 60 pounds since my switch.  And 40 pounds prior to surgery on a doctor supervised diet.  Total of 100!!!!!  I can tie my shoes, clip & polish toe nails, lean over sink to see face close up in mirror.  OMG I'm already a new woman and I still have at least 150 to go.  :)
  I feel like I'm in a dream.
