I,ve got a hernia that has to be repaired, and I,ve got an appointment w/ surgeon in the morning, I,ve got rashes, and just wanted to know so I don,t look stupid,as to asking, what he can fix. Thanks for any input.

That probably depends on the doctor and what he/she is willing to do for you. If it's medically necessary, maybe, but again, that depends on the doctor and how/if it can be justified for Medicare.
Thanks Jazzbabes, thanks for answering,I was referring to exsta skin. The surgeon said w/ the rashes, he could surgically remove the infected areas,of loose skin. So maybe by posting others will know too.
