I take 4 doses of 630mg at a time (total of 8 big horse pills). And I leave Bariatric advantage lozenges lying around that I pop when I remember to.

Thanks Kayla, I got some Citracal bone density builder yesterday and they have the 600mg elemental for 2 tabs, so 4 doses of those should be ok. plus I bought some citracal gummies that I can leave lying around on the kitchen island to bump it up.
