Hi Gina and everyone,
Quieter day here. Exceeded my carb limit today.
Whole Foods opened here today. I'm treating myself to a visit tomorrow for my birthday.

B: bacon, scrambled eggs (yuck!!! Sounded good, but didn't work)
S: double protein shake
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and Swiss, 5 grape tomatoes, avacado, CS fudge bar
S: WAY TOO MANY almonds ( need to hide this suckers !!!!)
D: meat loaf, about 5 bites of baked potato with lots of butter
S: plan decaf double protein shake

Vites all done. Fluids great.
Exercites: 20 min walk. It was beautiful this morning. Long nap this afternoon,

Thanks, Gina. I'm going to lunch with my BF then to the support group for the second part of the plastic surgeon's presentation. He's talking everything from the waist down.

May "treat" myself to popcorn. LOL

B - 1/2 shredded beef & bean burrito
L - BK mushroom swiss topper w/out bun
     1 cup Fage with 1/2 pkg SF jello cheesecake & splash of 1/2 and 1/2 mixed in
S - Endulge PB cup
D - (planned)  Chicken Param over spinach
      Bowl of Tom Kai Gai soup (if I make it - coconut milk, chicken, straw mushrooms...)
S - Double protein shake

Protein - 146 grams    Net Carbs - ~ 50 

VITES - on track
EXERCITES - slow walk around block with my old man kitty in his new stroller

Hi everyone! I can't believe it's 10pm and I'm going to have to chug a shake before bed, but I am.

Here's me:

ETA: My shake

B - Salad w/ lettuce, cheddar, sunflower seeds, ham cubes, ranch
S - 1/2lb bacon (throughout the morning)
L - As I look back at Spark, apparently nothing (busy afternoon)
D - chicken breast, green beans, fried potato w/cheddar
S - Champion 1.5 scoop shake



Cals - 1913
Carbs - 65
Fat - 130
Protein - 121
Fiber - 13

I think the shake will add around 200 cals, 6 carbs, and 35 protein

Vites: all done
Exercites: 3 dog walks
