My papers are on their way to my insurance!

Well, after 3 years of thinking about it, finally making my decision, and a month and a half of seriously getting everything together for my insurance application, it is finally on its way to the insurance! Now, things are getting serious. I am actually very clear-headed and excited. I have the DS benefit. I have exceeded any hoops I know of that I needed to jump through... All they need to do is pre-authorize me. I sure hope it goes down that easily!

Please keep a good thought for me while the insurance people decide whether this is going to be a slam-dunk or a long fight.

I know that I will probably have periods of self-doubt later, but for now, I feel really great!
