Approved today, surgery next week w/ Rabkin!!

CONGRATS!! Dr. Rabkin is the one I hope to see in January (or later) when my changing Insurance kicks in. I would definitely jump on the fastest date to get your surgery. If you're prepared, you don't need to wait. GO FOR IT!

I hope you will attend Dr. Rabkin's support meetings. I would love to meet you after you recover enough to attend. I usually schedule my check ups on the afternoon of the support group meeting. Welcome to the road to good health. You chose a wonderful surgeon.

That's funny because I got a call from Dr. Rabkins office the other day asking to reschedule my Oct 20th appt because they will be in surgery.  That must be you!  Congratulations!

I don't think you're crazy at all...  That's how mine was scheduled.  It gives you less time to be scared, worried...etc.  Especially since you'll be so busy getting everything prepared.

Cassandra, I'm so sorry to bump your appointment, but it's kind of funny! Do you go to the PacLap Sac monthly meetings? OH DS seems so helpful and quick, but I guess it's good to press the flesh sometimes?!
