Iron, copper vit C - done
B: 1 eggo w/ syrup & sm glass simply OJ
S: bible study bruncheon; 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese, sm blueberry muffin, 2 apple slices w/ carmel, 2 tbs mixed nuts, 1/2 c pink lemonaid, 1 c hot cocoa
S: 1 mini hershey bar dipped in peanut butter
S: 5 ritz crackers with canned cheese
L: 1 cup of (spam & cheese w/ mayo, minced onion, celery & dill pickle) macaroni salad
S: 1 oatmeal raisen cookie, 1/2 c milk
D: fried egg & cheese sandwich - pulled most of the edge crust off
all VITES done
