morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done

evening batch: almost done

EXERCITES:
2 -15 minute walks and 20 leaning push-ups

HI Guys, posting now as going to take a painkiller and get an early night.

B - 2 scrambled eggs with cream cheese and shredded cheese, coffee.
L - pumpkin  soup
S - pepperoni slices topped with whipped cream cheese and pickle chips
D - tomato soup with a ton of shredded cheese on top
S - protein decaf iced coffee

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Hi Gina and everyone,
Well, I started throwing away a lot of my Weigh****cher stuff. Big move for me.
We may have a frost or freeze in about a week. I have no clothes for winter!!! May check out Goodwill.
Busy day. Went to dentist with grandson for wisdom teeth removal and played taxi for granddaughter. DD gets home late from a business trip tonight...need to pick her up.

B: bacon, double protein shake
L: Brok's pizza, CS fudge bar
S: almonds
S: double protein shake
D: meatloaf, cesear salad, couple bites of baked potato
S: plan decaf double protein shake

Vites all done. Fluids more than 100pz.
Exercites: 20 min walk. Moved boxes and furniture yesterday, so have a sore back today.

We have a performance Saturday night, so our caller worked us hard. DH and I were both sweaty and beat when we got home.

Eating doing well today...just eating too much. I'm really surprised how much can eat sometime, .

I'd say the dancing is awesome exercise and it's ok to eat a little more.

It is really good exercise. The group we're in is precision choreography where we do a set 15 minute routine. I enjoy It more than a regular dance.

I have to get rid of lots of things......it's very hard, but I'm never going to eat them, so it's time to let go for someone else to enjoy!

Good evening everyone.
B- double protein shake
glazed blueberry muffin
couple of bites croissant. (I'm paying for these now! Call me Ms. Sulfur pants.)
L - Fage with SF jello pudding
Toppings off piece of veggie pizza
D - not sure - something protein based like chicken & cheese low carb quesadilla.
S - planning on another Double protein shake

Yesterday was my almost 9 month checkup. They were not as worried about my slow weight loss as I am. My lean body mass is the same & body fat dropped 2.5% so that's good news.
